Robbie joins Ronson in LA

Robbie Williams made a surprise return to the live stage in Los Angeles last night, appearing as a guest star with Mark Ronson.
The super-producer's first ever headline appearance, at the El Rey Theatre, featured a series of other collaborators, performing a number of his reworked classics.
Boston rapper Tiggers, Santogold and Alex Greenwald of Phantom Planet, LA songbird Nikka Costa and Daniel Merriweather all turned out.
However, it was the appearance of the UK icon, who now lives in LA, which came as the greatest surprise, playing with Ronson and his seven-piece band.
According to the NME, Robbie ran through a lively version of The Charlatans' "The Only One I Know" at the show, receiving a rapturous reception.
